1) Baia do Sancho - Fernando de Noronha (Brazil)
First place in this special ranking was taken by 'Baía do Sancho', or Praya do Sancho, one of Fernando de Noronha's many paradise beaches. Fernando de Noronha is the main island of the archipelago and is located about 220 miles off the coast of Brazil, belonging to the state of Pernambuco. The white sandy beach is surrounded by high cliffs and can only be accessed via a staircase set into the cliff face, which leads to a narrow opening in the rock. This unusual access makes it even more impressive and the view from the top is truly breathtaking.
