The most popular Italian cities for tourists

Thanks to its natural, historical, cultural and gastronomic beauties, Italy is one of the most visited and appreciated countries by tourists.

From Rome to Florence, then Naples, Milan and Venice, there are so many destinations to visit in Italy: in addition to the most famous places, tourists also appreciate lesser-known locations, and sometimes end up loving them more than the most famous places.

The language-learning app Preply analysed the online ratings and reviews of tourists on the famous website TripAdvisor and came up with a ranking of the most popular cities. Of course, the reviews are the result of subjective experiences and do not determine which city is the best overall.
