Golden Bridge, Da Nang (Vietnam)
The Golden Bridge is a pedestrian bridge located in a resort in the hills of Ba Na, Vietnam. This bridge, opened in 2018, connects the cable car to the resort's gardens. The structure is supported by two gigantic stone hands, about 24 meters high and 14 meters wide. Each finger has a diameter of 2 meters.
Helix Bridge, Singapore
Pedestrian bridge, was inaugurated in 2010. The shape recalls that of DNA and the construction won the award for the best transport building in the world at the World Architecture Festival Awards.
Infinity Bridge, Stockton-on-Tees (England)
Pedestrian bridge located over the TeesRiver, features a unique architecture, with a double bridge and a pair of arches. At night the arches are reflected in the river forming the symbol of infinity.
Carrick-a-RedeRope Bridge, Ballintoy (Northern Ireland)
Just 20 metres long, this pedestrian suspension bridge connects Carrick Island to the mainland. A maximum of 8 people can climb the bridge at the same time: even if no one has ever fallen, it has happened that some visitors have not had the courage to cross the bridge, forcing some boats to transport them to the mainland.
Kintai Bridge, Iwakuni (Japan)
The bridge was built in 1673 to cross the Nishiki River and get to Mount Yokoyama, on which stands the castle of Iwakuni. Typhoon Kijia destroyed the bridge in 1950, but in 1953 it was rebuilt and in 1992 it was declared a national treasure.
Sölvesborg Bridge, Sölvesborg (Sweden)
This is the longest pedestrian bridge in Europe (760 meters). It opened in 2013 and in 2016 was chosen as one of the 11 most spectacular bridges in the world by CNN.

A symbol of Chinese architecture, this bridge was built with wood and stone about 100 years ago. The structure, with a strong visual impact, is composed of 19 verandas connected to each other.

Named this way because it resembles the shape of a python, the Python Bridge measures about 90 meters and was inaugurated in 2001. The following year, this architectural work won theInternational Footbridge Award.
Pont du Gard, Vers-Pont-du-Gard (France)
This bridge spans the Gardon River and was built about 19 years before the birth of Christ. The bridge is 275 meters long and consists of three arches: on the third level there is even an aqueduct. The Pont du Gard inspired the bridge drawn on the 5 euro note.
