Mu Ko Ang Thong National Park
Mu Ko Ang Thong National Park is a marine park consisting of an archipelago of 42 islands in the Gulf of Thailand, off the coast of the province of Surat Thani. Most of the limestone islands are covered by tropical forests and rise from the sea as spectacular rocky cliffs and bizarre rock formations. The islands are mostly uninhabited except for Koh Wua Ta Lap and Koh Phaulai, which are home to a nomadic village.

Rock Islands
The Rock Islands are a group of limestone or coral islands that are part of the Caroline Islands, in the Pacific Ocean, in the southern lagoon of Palau, between the states of Koror and Peleliu. They comprise about 250-300 islands, mostly uninhabited, famous for their beaches, blue lagoons and the distinctive shapes of many of the islands (given by water erosion and the rich presence of sponges, bivalves, chitons, snails, sea urchins). The Rock Islands are also home to the famous Jellyfish Lake where lovers of snorkeling go to swim. In 2012 UNESCO listed these islands as a World Heritage Site, the first and only site for Palau.

Mamanuca Islands
The Mamanuca islands are an archipelago of volcanic origin, located west of the main island of Viti Levu opposite the town of Nadi on Fiji. They consist of about 20 islands, seven of which are covered by the high tide of the Pacific Ocean. Several Mamanuca islands are uninhabited, usually because there is no natural source of water. The most famous uninhabited island in the group is the small Monuriki, the main location for the 2000 film "Cast Away".
